Wolf Creek To Open May 11

Mesquite, NV. May 3, 2020. The Wolf Creek Golf Course, 403 Paradise Pkwy, Mesquite, NV 89027, a worldwide fan favorite and rated number 3 in Nevada, will reopen May 11.

This premier Golf Course, temporarily closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, is a significant contributor to the economic success of Mesquite. Guests from 17 different countries and all 50 states visited Wolf Creek in one year alone. In addition to golfing at Wolf Creek, visitors play at other golf courses, visit restaurants, and convent stores. They stay at local hotels, and some take advantage of the local Casinos and even purchase retirement homes. The owners of Wolf Creek work with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority (LVCVA) by giving special considerations to their customers from over the World.

The owners of Wolf Creek employ local people, and over the past five years, they spent over $700,000 promoting golf in Mesquite. Regionally they averaged over $40,000 in gift donations every year since 2015 that is over $160,000 over the last four years. The owners pay about $130,000 per year for culinary water in addition to spending on irrigation water, golf course maintenance and paying power utility bills, and pay taxes.

Among these donations are multiple Chamber outings, donations to Walk for Cancer, the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Mesquite Elks, Mesquite Rotary, and the Virgin Valley High School (VVHS) fundraisers. They support We Care for Animals, Miss Mesquite, Mesquite Theater, the Mesquite Regional Business Activity, Eureka and Rising Star Casino Charities, the City of Mesquite, and their 501-3c charity. The support the Kids for Sports Foundation and helped countless youth athletes play sports.

They advertise with local businesses and are written about in hard copy and digital media sources. Articles about the golf course have appeared in the United Kingdom, France, Mexico, Canada, and Australia. and they appear on local Las Vegas TV stations stories.

Wolf Creek has been the site for commercial shoots for Armor, Cleveland Golf, and Ogio. The Course is a feature course on the Tiger Woods – Rory McIlroy EA Sports game. And the Course has been professionally mapped for Golf simulators sold worldwide. World Golf Tour (WGT), one of the most played web games, just finished mapping Wolf Creek and is launching Wolf Creek in 2019.
